Creating forms with our online builder is fast and easy. No html skills required!!!
You have all the tools to design a fully functional online form following the three basic steps outlined below.
Note: Once completed, you can download the entire form from our builder and upload it to your hosting service.

Step A: Choose a template
The first step is to choose a template and color theme for your online form.
1. You can start building your form using our Blank Template or you can use one of our pre-built templates such as Registration Form, Application Form or Customer Survey.
2. Use the appropriate drop-down menu to select your form’s color theme. If you are satisfied with the preview results, click OK to start building your new online form.
3. Select how your controls will be placed - either in a single column, or in a two-column layout.

Step B: Select and define your form controls
3. Select the Add Controls tab and add input controls to your form from our large collection of supported html elements. If you need to rearrange any of the controls on a later stage, our online builder offers full drag&drop support.

4. Click on any of the Controls already in your form to define its properties such as Name, Description, Items, Size, Required Flag, etc.

Step C: Form Settings
5. Click on the 3rd tab named Form Settings to define your form global settings.
5.1. Form Name: Please define your online form name here. This is a required field.
5.2. Form Description: Describe your form.
5.3. Color Theme: Change the color of your form controls.
5.4. Spam Protection: Turn on/off the spam protection feature (CAPTCHA). With this feature you can protect your online form from malicious automated submissions.
5.5. Password Protection: Turn on/off the password protection feature. With this feature you can make your form entirely private. Your visitors will be able to submit it if they know the internal password.
5.6. Save Results: Define the email address that will receive all form submissions or select the option of saving the results to your server. The results will appear in the results directory in your main form directory. Results submitted for different months will appear in different files in the CSV file format, which you can directly import in Excel for full processing. This is a required field.
5.7. Successful Submission: Use this option to define how your visitors will be informed of a successful submission. You can print a specific “Success Message” or redirect the visitors to any URL or html page.

6. Click Download when ready. This will allow you to save the entire form in a zip format on your local computer.
Congratulations! You can now extract the files from the zip archive and upload the content to your Hosting Service and Website. After uploading the extracted directory to your web server, simply navigate to it in order to access your form.
